Privacy Notice — Khnum Forge

Who this notice is from

Khnum Forge, Inc. ("Khnum Forge", "we") builds and governs agentic teams for clients in regulated industries. This notice explains how we handle business-contact information about prospective and current client contacts. Questions or requests: privacy@khnumforge.com.

What this notice covers — and what it doesn't

This notice covers personal data we hold about business contacts (you, as a representative of a current or prospective client). It does not cover data processed inside a client's own agentic environment — that data is governed by that client's agreements and privacy notices, held in the client's own systems, not ours.

What we collect

• Name, business email, job title, and organization.
• A history of our interactions with you (e.g., correspondence, meeting notes).
• Your contact preferences (including any opt-out).

For active clients, we keep a payment-processor reference so we can bill you — we do not store your card or bank details; those are held by our payment processor.

Where it comes from

Directly from you, from your interactions with our outreach and advertising, or from a referral. We do not buy contact lists or use data brokers.

Why we process it, and our legal basis

• To build and maintain a business relationship and tell you about our services — legitimate interest (prospective contacts) or performance of a contract (active clients). You can opt out of outreach at any time.
• To bill and service active clients — performance of a contract.
• To honor opt-outs and meet our obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Only service providers acting on our behalf under contract: our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud), our payment processor (QuickBooks Payments / Intuit), and the AI providers that power our assistants. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Prospective-contact data is kept up to 18 months without engagement, then deleted. Active-client contact records are kept for the engagement plus our standard retention period. Opt-out records are kept as long as needed to ensure we don't contact you again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or object to or opt out of its processing (including marketing). To exercise any right, email privacy@khnumforge.com. We verify your identity and respond within the timeframe applicable law requires. You may also opt out of any marketing email using the unsubscribe link it contains.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access to authorized personnel, and log administrative actions.

Where we operate

Khnum Forge is US-based and processes this data in the United States.
